For property owners: A clear copy of property deed(s) in the Kingdom of Bahrain demonstrating that the applicant holds property shares with a total purchase value of BHD 130,000 (equivalent to USD 345,000) and over at the time of purchase.
For non-resident retirees: Proof of average pension amounting to BHD 4,000 (equivalent to USD 10,624) or more per month.
For resident retirees: Proof of average pension amounting to BHD 2,000 (equivalent to USD 5,306) or more per month.
For resident employees: Proof of average basic salary amounting to BHD 2,000 (equivalent to USD 5,306) or more in the last five years of residency, provided the employee has been continuously insured by the Social Insurance Organization (SIO) for that amount throughout the five-year period.
For talent: Copy of documents proving your is talent is required. This includes documents, certifications or portfolios.
